We’re Spencer and Julia Sibley, a husband-and-wife duo based in Knoxville, Tennessee, who share a love of fragrances. Spencer’s fragrance journey started years ago — collecting, learning, and exploring new scents. When we started dating in early 2025, Julia hopped on the fragrance train, and we began discovering new fragrances together.

As our relationship grew, so did our collection — and in August 2025, we decided to turn that love into a business. Sibley Scents was born from our desire to make fragrances more accessible, offering authentic decants and samples so everyone can experience luxury scents without the high price tag of a full bottle. Whether you’re looking to explore new fragrances, revisit an old favorite, or even find something discontinued, we’re here to help you discover the perfect scent.
